For those interested, Formation is hosting a panel on FAANG engineer levels (junior/mid/senior/etc...) tomorrow Hi all, some of you know me as an active commenter in this sub, I wanted to share an event Formation (disclosure: I am a co-founder) is hosting tomorrow at 8pm EST online. I'm not sure if everyone is interested but I know some people here are either on the job hunt now, or have graduated from bootcamps in the past and might find this perspective on levels, career progression, and how to approach job levels interesting. It's a topic not often talked about and we're hoping to share valuable information and answer questions directly.
