Discovered a passion for programming at 36. Is it too late to start learning Python for a career switch?"

Making the switch that late in life can be challenging doing it alone. I highly, HIGHLY recommend a 3 month course to learn programming. I have hired people right out of these courses, ex-nurses, ex-barman, they have great foundations, the course normally helps them get placemen

Anyone reading this, do independent research carefully before listening to this. If you use AI ask about 2026 updates. One of the top three bootcamps doesn't even appear to have any active students left but their website still says a 70% placement rate (from 2023?). So do your research.
