The fine print secret sauce is that you have to be high IQ to pass the first test and then you have to work 120 hour weeks for 12 weeks to show you have drive.
If you do that, it's indeed free with no strings attached and you get a good job - that parts not a scam.
The reason it works is of the selection filter. It's not magic and it's not a scam.
