1. A lot of them are CS Grads, but we've also had Junior engs, QA engs, self-taught programmers, and ex-analysts. 2. It's been a week since graduation (Sep 1st) and 9 / 11 have gotten into / are currently in late stage interviews, 5 / 11 looking for a job have received SWE offer

Awesome sounds really cool and I like the approach of trying to get people a foot in the door and it's definitely something most bootcamps are missing.
I'm happy to hear you don't want to grow super fast to keep the quality consistent.
