'formation.dev' good for senior level engineers?

Hey, I'm the co-founder of Formation and can give the company's stance on this but encourage others to share their views and experiences. Our base case is FAANG senior and mid level engineers - people with 2 to 10 years of experience. So the TLDR is yes.
