100% agree, and that's why I am a white male who dedicated the rest of life to bridging this gap.
Lack of diversity in tech is in my opinion the most important factor in the future of tech.
But the lack in of diversity needs to be solved on menu fronts. If people with non traditional tech backgrounds and diverse backgrounds want a seat at the table, I'm here to help bridge part of that gap. It's not entirely systematic reasons, but part of it is too.
