What are your thoughts on if those big companies would rather train their senior engineers in gen AI and give them time to explore VS hiring in zero experience people with some gen AI skills?
I'm not entirely convinced that zero experience and able to fine tune a model will be hireable if a senior product engineer can figure it out. But curious your views.
