Does codesmith seriously get people "senior" level SWE roles with no prior experience?

It's about two people that start a coaching company and eventually grow it super large by hiring all their students as coaches and leveling up to higher titles, and their status is largely based on recruiting new people and publicly spreading word of the organization. It's really good!
