Thanks for the context, I'll absolutely edit ASAP and make this very clear and please let me know if you feel it still isn't clear. I have zero intention to make Tech Elevator look good or bad just want to talk the market the way it is. To be quite blunt these are numerous reasons why CIRR is flawed. I know something is better than nothing, but at the same time, every program is different and unique, and you can't capture all of this context in a CIRR report.
