I spoke to my mentor regarding this. He told me that Tier 1 tech companies(FAANG/MAANG et al) don’t look at your stack. They look at your ability to grasp concepts and be a good software engineer. Mastering X stack is a great way to get a job as “X developer” - which doesn’t exis

\+1 to this... great minds think alike and this is our view at Formation as well. I was at FB for 8 years and Anshuman (Scalar co-founder) was there for 4 years ;)
