I haven't used it myself but I see their ads and they are well done, and their website is very polished. I tried to look into who owns them and found that their privacy policy lists Yandex as the owner (via a company in Switzerland) - which is the mega Russian search engine, which is now a multinational company with a lot of businesses.
Other than that, I don't really know much about it!
