Great article, great advice. Interesting he mentioned Launch School, I finished their core program and did some of the things he mentioned in the article and found a great job pretty quickly. Specifically, building a non-trivial open source project and applying to startups.

Yeah he's not an expert in bootcamps, most of his writing is about insider news for very experienced engineers, but it was interesting he called them out specifically. I don't think he has an affiliation to them as he is very clear about his ethics.
