New Grad no job… Is Bootcamp a good Option?

I started Formation.dev and I would check it out and compare it to other options. We've worked with some CS grads effectively in a similar position. We typically work with people with more experience (\~1-3 years work experience), but if your skills are at a certain level it could be a good fit. If they aren't I would consider a bootcamp. RE: your question. People who get the best jobs out of bootcamps typically have some experience or a CS degree, so if you do go the bootcamp route I think you have a better chance of success. As an alternative, while cranking out job applications, try building out and launching a product that people use, even if they try it once and never again. Getting real people using something and treating it like a mini-company rather than a project, can help you a bit. Devote many hours a day to this. And finally, +1 you are correct that it's tough without internship experience to get your resume seen. You can keep going down this path but you'll need to keep your head high and crank out the job applications / cold outreach.
