What are the fastest ways to learn algorithms that would be relevant for coding interviews?

Is there a question you have. You asked a question that I have many possible answers I would love to give advice but the body is more of a statement than a question. I worked at Facebook for 8 years as an E7 level engineer, did hundreds of interviews, trained other interviewers and have a lot of advice if you have a more specific question.
