Hi, the sub had sporadic posting, re-sharing over the years, but seems one sided and I would like to take a shot at revitalizing the sub and increasing engagement and generalizing the conversation from being about a handful of bootcamps.

Agreed, the subreddit is fine without Michael. He was kicked out as a mod because of bullying and the expose mentioned. Here’s several links on it

The subreddit has 6 mods, 4 have been banned, and of the banned and unbanned they engaged in inauthentic discussions in another sub full of other banned accounts.
So there is a lot more going on here.
Reddit isn't a legal court system and engagement on Reddit is authentic, one account, and follows all of the rules and my record as a very diligent, responsive and fair moderator.

No this subreddit is perfectly fine without Michael's input. His actions over the years in a similar subreddit saw it fall into chaos and rampant bullying, he was then forced to leave the sub as MOD following an exposé into his actions.

1. The blog post was not based on fact, it was based on his opinions as a blogger. A reasonable person can see that he is a marketer/blogger and that was a blog post. It was not fact checked, the methodology is not specified, journalism ethics were not followed. **I have a direct email from Codesmith's CEO telling me that she doesn't consider my company a competitor.** But somehow that was left out of the "leaked emails" and only ones that make me look bad out of context were shared. I mentioned above but I can only discuss public info because of legal matters, so I can't comment more on this blog.
2. As I pointed out above, your sub has 6 moderators, 4 of which are banned accounts, and all of those accounts display patterns of inauthentic behaviors (such as phishing for karma in r/AskReddit and other large subs, etc..) and biased commentary.
