1. The fees were only £2000? 2. Does the court sanity check the lawsuit or do you automatically win if they don't reply? 3. Can they appeal if they weren't notified of the suit or think the jurisdiction was wrong?

If Le Wagon challenged your post and proved it was not accurate then we would look into it more, but there haven't been any flags or challenges yet.
