1. Ask them how many people complete the program and if you have to pay anything back if you don't complete it. 2. This strongly sounds like their hiring partners pay them fees that effectively pay for your tuition. So if you don't get hired through a hiring partner and they don't get paid any money, it sounds like someone has to pay for it and that person is you. NOTHING IS FREE.

You likely have to sign a contract with enough info to identify you and lying on it would be fraud.
