Thanks for sharing, re: partnerships, most don't have partnerships. Tech Elevator had the best unique partnerships for in person jobs in the cities it's in, but those are also a bit slower right now.
I think the key is to make sure expectations are clear up front. And you shouldn't expect jobs if they weren't promised.
It's tough because companies talk up partnerships all the time because it's compelling, but the market is the market and you can't beat the market.
