I would start with like Structy and Neet Code videos for very simple problems, not expecting to understand anything but to get your feet wet.
Then I would do a free online DS&A course from Stanford, MIT or Harvard to get a more solid theoretical explanation of how things work.
Then go back to Structy and the practice. Then go back to more courses.
