Ah, I was wondering why there was nothing but positive posts about 100 devs. Have people been putting it on their resume as work experience?

Yeah Leon told people to lie and put it as work experience and it will get caught sometimes but it will work eventually.
He says gatekeepers are controlling the industry and it's justified to make the system fair.
I don't think he does reference checks and in that talk said it won't work all the time and you burn some bridges and move on until it does.
I was under the impression he does do reference checks if you work on a client project through his studio.
This is from a Twitch stream he did and he literally said this directly and had some slides / images to go with it.... not sure if his tone has changed, this was over a year ago.
