Leif is typically a contract between you and the bootcamp. Leif is the payment processor in most cases, like Visa or MasterCard.
So I would recommend reaching out to the program and trying to negotiate what you think is fair.
If you did some amount of training you should pay something, but if the program didn't meet your expectations then communicate that and see what they say.
