They don't have enough money to refund you but they claim to have enough money to pay 8 instructors (300 students with 25 students per instructor) for the upcoming free cohort. That sounds like a scam to me.
All of their posts and comments have been deleted by moderators except for in this subreddit and in the Leetcode one.
