If you work in the position for long enough and perform well, you can apply for a super competitive internal program where Amazon will pay to put you through a bootcamp-like experience, that has a guaranteed internship, and interview to convert. It was extremely competitive and hard to get into. One of my co-workers spouse worked on this program and a Fellow at Formation went through this program. The "catch" is that it's INSANELY competitive to get into and you are competing against accountants and lawyers as well, and it's a huge grind, but it's legit!
