Why don’t any coding bootcamps have employer-paid placement fee model instead of student funded models?

Main reason for SWE is supply and demand - not enough demand for junior engineers and it's cheaper for companies to go to MIT and Stanford 3. During the better times, tons of companies did this in various forms to try to open top of funnel to more diverse sources they didn't have the resources to explore themselves. But since DEI is dead at big companies no one is doing that either anymore. So yeah all of those things. When you see the world "Partnership" on a website it's bullshit marketing fluff. There's are a few bootcamps that call every company it has an alumni at a "partner".
