This is definitely a question to ask them and not Reddit.
But this doesn't sound good to me...
You only get a guarantee if you fulfill job hunt obligations for 10 months after completing the career accelerator which you can only get to by completing most of TripleTen to begin with.
I would ask them how many people have received a refund historically.
On the other hand, tons of people who posted months ago with referral codes saying how great their experience is haven't been back to complain about this, so maybe it's all good.
