They aren't and they are closing. The ones that do like TripleTen and Springboard, are incentiveized to get you to 1. stay long enough to owe the full amount, 2. not help you on the job hunt so you miss rigid requirements and eye the full amount.
This is cynical way of looking at it, but my personal opinion is just that it doesn't work unless most people get jobs and in this market most people aren't getting jobs.
