It’s seems like (in this case) it could be a fairly closed system. Almost like filling out the form but with a chatbot-like conversational interface. Such as “what time” and then that’s really just the select input. And then they could confirm the choices at then end and submit t

Oh I assumed Chat Bot was AI hahaha, if it's like a Intercom or a closed system that has clear data policies then it's probably fine
