Can you try to summarize the main motives of the people that joined that you worked with? i.e. was it tech salaries, interest, pre-existing training and looking to get a job, etc... 2. Can you summarize the main reasons people DIDN'T join? Like did they seen though the gimmicks, cost, outcomes, etc...?
