I have not but that sounds bad.
1. Read the contract carefully and see what you agreed to.
2. If you have any evidence, like an email, that said something different than the contract, approach them nicely and ask for a further discount.
3. If not, make them a reasonable offer for what you think you should pay and see if they accept it.
