Every single person in my country[INDIA] is a self taught programmer, regardless of whether they go to a university or not, whether they have a computer science major or not(majority dont).You do not require a bootcamp to get a job.

You absolutely don't need to go to a bootcamp to get a job. I know many people in India who strive to go to the best IIT schools in order to get the best jobs. The culture in India is much more intense around grinding Leetcode problems as well and people seem to have a super strong dedication to that that I don't see as much in the western market. I'm not sure what the point is though haha maybe that's why it was deleted.
