0 experience but here’s a few red flags. They say you will graduate with 6 portfolio projects. This is a red flag for me because there should be emphasis on 1 major project. 2nd red flag. They have a lot of click bait awards and statistics that aren’t backed up by anything. 3r

I wouldn't say red flag, but they are owned by Yandex, which is a multinational giant tech company, originally the "Russian Google", so there are pros and cons to being owned by a giant company but it's something to think about and not at all obvious from their website.
