If you tell them explicitly to stop and they don't, that's harassment and it's not normal, so I would try telling them to stop (even if it's by email instead of call).
Question: is it the bootcamp itself, or a 3rd party sourcer like Career Karma? If it's the bootcamp itself, I would probably cross them off the list because that sounds too desperate to get you to join to be honest and that's not a good sign in my opinon.
